Favourite Thing: I love seeing people achieve things they never imagined they could, whether that’s inside the gym our outside. I thrive off seeing peoples lives change through health and fitness.
Fun Fact: I left school aged 16 to play professional football. My career only lasted a few years and in that time I played for Grimsby Town, Mansfield Town, Scarborough as well as a few semi-professional teams before fully focusing on building Eley Fitness.
Torie
My favourite Thing About Owning Eley Fitness is that we’ve created a space where people feel part of an amazing community. I spent years feeling intimidated in gyms, and our sole focus was to make sure this didn’t happen to our members.
Fun Fact: I have 2 other businesses I run alongside Eley Fitness. One is a clothing brand (called The Defiant Co… Check it out) and the other is a consultancy company.

Favourite Thing About Being a PT: I’ve trained at Eley Fitness for over 7 years and wanted to give people what they had given me.
Fun Fact: I used to be a school teacher and I own a butchers with my husband.

Favourite Thing About Being a PT: Seeing peoples body improve after weakness or injury in achieving what they didn’t think was possible. Thats why I enjoy being a Strength and Rehab coach.
Fun Fact: I’m from South Africa originally and moved to England to play Professional Cricket.

Favourite Thing About Being a PT: I love seeing people’s confidence grow in the gym.
Fun Fact: I’m an ex professional footballer and made my debut for Chesterfield FC aged 18 against Sheff Utd in front of 10,000 fans.

Favourite Thing: I love sharing my passion for health and fitness. I love the way exercise can make people feel and being able to guide people to doing it the right way for them is amazing.
Fun Fact: I actually decided I wanted a complete career change whilst on a 6 month sabbatical in Australia. It was there I knew I wanted to turn my passion of health and fitness to a career.

Favourite Thing About Being a PT: Getting to train a variety of I love the group aspect of fitness. Seeing multiple different ages and abilities in a class working together is a real passion of mine.
Fun Fact: I used to teach ballet to children from 6 months to 4 years old.
