The Most Welcoming

Personal Fitness Team

In Derbyshire

We’ve been to other gyms; we didn’t like them either.

We’re a community. Our team is here to help you achieve your goals with friendly help and support.

Ed

The Heart of the Gym: Founder of Eley Fitness, Ed’s mission has always been bigger than fitness - it’s been about building a community where everyone belongs. With years of experience coaching and creating connection, delivering thousands of sessions over the last decade, he's helped create a gym that feel like home for its members. Ed now leads the online coaching team helping clients create better lifestyle habits in order to transform their health and wellbeing.

Favourite Thing: I love seeing people achieve things they never imagined they could, whether that’s inside the gym our outside. I thrive off seeing peoples lives change through health and fitness.

Fun Fact: I left school aged 16 to play professional football. My career only lasted a few years and in that time I played for Grimsby Town, Mansfield Town, Scarborough as well as a few semi-professional teams before fully focusing on building Eley Fitness.

My favourite Thing About Owning Eley Fitness is that we’ve created a space where people feel part of an amazing community. I spent years feeling intimidated in gyms, and our sole focus was to make sure this didn’t happen to our members.
